Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed;
3. Details about the infringing material, including the URL for location;
4. Contact information of the complaining party;
5. A statement affirming the belief that material use is unauthorized;
6. A declaration of accuracy and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f) apply for misrepresentation in infringement claims.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have it restored. Conditions for the notification are listed under 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

1. Your signature;
2. Description of the material taken down and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury asserting good faith belief in the restoration;
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We are committed to combatting copyright infringement. Repeat offenders of the DMCA will face account termination.
